Payment Terms

We only accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal. The order will not ship until the payment is received.

Shipping Terms
We strive to ship orders are soon as possible, however we do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. We are not responsible for delays or loss stemming from shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.


Privacy
We store your phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing addresses in your user account. User information is only used to ship goods and contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. We do not, and will never sell or give any of your information to any third-party or send you any unsolicited advertisements.

Returns
We can only accept returns of unopened kits and products, within 14 days of receipt. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
